You won't be charged unless you don't return the rings. You will see a $20 per ring charge that will be credited when you send the sample box back. If you are using a debit card and have failed transaction, this is due to your financial institution, please use another card.

Returns/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy on all rings. You can log back into your account, click on exchanges, and initiate the exchange or return. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. All returns or exchanges on custom engraved bands will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. Please note: our return/exchange policy only applies to the original purchase item and excludes any previously exchanged items.
