Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

All orders ship free via USPS priority mail (2-5 days not guaranteed). UPS Overnight Saver and 2nd Day Air are also available at an additional charge. Keep in mind, shipping estimates occur after we ship your ring.

We have a 30-day return policy on all rings. You can log back into your account, click on exchanges, and initiate the exchange or return. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. All returns or exchanges on custom engraved bands will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. Please note: our return/exchange policy only applies to the original purchase item and excludes any previously exchanged items.

When will my credit card be charged for the sample box?

A $20 hold per ring will be placed on your credit card when your sample box ships. This is just a hold. It is not a charge to your card. Your credit card will only be charged upon confirmation and shipment of your final ring. If you have any additional questions regarding this process, please email customerservice@jordanjack.com.

When will my credit card be charged for a "Buy Now" ring?

Your credit card will be charged upon shipment.

How do returns work?

We have a 30-day return policy on all rings. You can log back into your account and click on exchanges to initiate the return. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.

How long do I have to send back the sample box?

You have 3 days to confirm the return shipping of the sample box with Jordan Jack. If we do not receive notification that you have shipped the sample box back to us within 3 days of receipt, you will be charged full retail for the rings in your sample box.

Can I return engraved rings?

All returns or exchanges on custom engraved bands will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

Can I purchase more than one ring?

Yes! You are more than welcome to purchase as many rings as you would like. Just make sure to confirm the styles you want to purchase here.
