Jordan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.


I started working in the jewelry business 13 years ago, fresh out of school. I started by working for one of the larger wholesale jewelry manufacturers in precious metals. We sold to big box retailers, web customers, and TV channels. I learned the business inside and out from shipping, to manufacturing, and eventually even sales. From there I started a custom design business; creating engagement rings and wedding bands. I always loved the branding and marketing side of the business, but it was a real challenge to create a jewelry brand for retailers because they all wanted their own white label goods. There was a major pain point in the industry, an industry that hasn’t see a lot of change over the years, so I built Jordan Jack.

We wanted to make the process of buying a wedding band simple, fun, and stress-free. A couple’s engagement time should be about spending time with your loved one and really enjoy selecting the style band that fits you best.
